The (10-1) Philadelphia Eagles fly out to Seattle to face the (7-4) Seattle Seahawks. This is looked at by many to be one of the Eagles biggest tests this season. Even with a slew of key injuries, the Seahawks can never be counted out. Here’s how the Eagles can win this game.

Stop Russell Wilson

It seems quite simple but it really isn’t. Russell Wilson is really something special and is without a doubt the reason the Seahawks have seven wins.

Wilson accounts for an astonishing 82.5 percent of yardage for the Seahawks offense. That stat is quite staggering. It would be the biggest portion of an offense led by one player in the Super Bowl era.

Eagles better watch the film of the teams who neutralized him. Those teams being the Packers, 49ers, Rams, and the Redskins. Those teams kept Wilson under control and were a key reason to two of the Seahawks two losses, which were to the Packers and Redskins. The 49ers and Rams only lost by a touchdown and gave less than 15 points.

Most of those defenses, with the exception of the Rams, aren’t nearly as good as the Eagles defense. The Eagles defense is playing stellar this year and need show up again if they want to win. If the Eagles can at least hold the Seahawks to field goal because Blair Walsh is trash.

Take advantage of the Seahawks depleted secondary

The Seattle Seahawks came into the season possessing one of the most vicious defenses in the NFL but due to an onslaught of injuries that is not the case anymore. The Seahawks lost a key member of the Legion of Boom and don’t look to be getting any health anytime soon. First of all, possibly the most known member of the L.O.B, corner Richard Sherman was lost for the season with a torn achilles. Fellow member, safety Kam Chancellor is also out for the season. Kam sustained a neck injury in week 10 against the Cardinals and his future is looking dreary. Earl Thomas won’t be at full health as he is dealing with a heel injury.

Carson Wentz has been playing lights out this year. So lights out to some he is considered the MVP. He needs to continue his strong campaign to beat this defense. This Seahawks secondary is nowhere as good as it usually is and the Eagles wideouts are good enough to beat these weak corners.

Quiet down the 12th Man

The Seahawks fan base is known to some idiots as the best in the NFL. They have a great audio system that makes their fans sound much louder than they are. To go with that they have the most noise-friendly stadium in the NFL.

If the Eagles can get to the fans that add to the automated noise, it would do a due diligence for the offense. Wentz and company would be able to communicate easier to dismantle the Seahawks defense.

The Seahawks have not been that intimidating as of lately at home. The Hawks lost two straight games at home and their team is looking downhill.
