Post OTAs Mock Roster
With OTAs now complete and camp a month away, the Redskins roster has started to take shape. We are now about a month away from training camp kicking into full gear and under eighty days until the season opener.
Since the last mock roster, there has been some discussion over which running backs will make the final roster. This could be dependent on how comfortable Gruden and the coaching staff are with their options on special teams. If they feel like they need an extra weapon, we could end up seeing either Rob Kelley or Semaje Perine being cut, or traded, and a back like Kapri Bibbs take their spot.
Quarterback will be another interesting position to watch as training camp starts. Gruden only carried two quarterbacks last year and it worked out. Kevin Hogan struggled throughout OTAs and will need to improve in order to take the back-up role from Colt McCoy.
