Being a rookie in the NFL is never an easy thing. Whether you are a top draft pick or undrafted free agent, first year players will be exposed to different things around the NFL universe. Buffalo Bills rookie quarterback Josh Allen was criticized by Jaguars All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey. Ramsey went onto call Allen “trash” and that the Bills basically wasted a draft pick on the former Wyoming quarterback.

Ramsey has yet to face off against Allen and the trash talk has already begun, seeing as how that is Ramsey’s reputation in the league. In response, Allen commented on Ramsey’s statement, “He’s not on my team, he’s not my teammate. It doesn’t bother me.”

This is not the first time Allen was brought into the headlines of the NFL by another player. Jets’ Jamal Adams went onto Twitter to say that “he can’t wait to catch passes” from one of his favorite quarterbacks.

As far as Adams, he still has yet to seal his first interception of his career so he still has something to prove to the league. Adams will be seeing Allen twice a year for potentially the next couple of years.

On the other hand, Ramsey and the Jaguars will be coming to Orchard Park in late November. Expect bad blood between these two teams when they meet in a rematch of last years’ AFC wild card game.
