It has been a difficult start to the 2018-2019 NBA season for the Cleveland Cavaliers. After just six games, a head coaching change has already taken place. Now the face of the franchise will be out for some time.

Power forward Kevin Love has not played since the home game on October 24 against the Brooklyn Nets. The plan was for Love to rest a couple days due a toe injury.

Five days later, the injured toe continues to bother Love and he will miss some significant time.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Cavaliers could be without him for a month if not more due to the toe injury.

In four games played this season, Love leads the Cavaliers in scoring at 19 points per game. In addition, he is averaging a team best 13 and a half rebounds per game.
