It’s week 15, and beyond anyone’s original expectations, the Colts are 7-6 and could genuinely make the playoffs with the help of a few conference teams. (Yeah Chargers, we are looking at you.) But besides that, the Cowboys are headed to Lucas Oil to take on Frank Reich and Andrew Luck in a hope to break and tame this young, wild Colts offense. A few key storylines have generated as two teams that were once afterthoughts have emerged as playoff contenders, albeit the Cowboys had some help from the Redskins. But without further adieu, here are your three things to watch.

Colts D-line Vs. Banged up Cowboys O-line

Although Tyron Smith is playing, he has spent much of the week hurt, and was a very late active decision. On that same note, Guard Zach Martin will be missing a start for the first time in his career, look for Denico Autry and the Colts D-line to continue their upward swing.

Colts DBs/LBs Look to contain Zeke/Cooper

Rookie Darius Leonard is one of the few guys out there that can stop Ezekiel Elliot, Zeke is running rampant on NFL teams, having already surpassed 1200 yards and averaging almost 5 YPC. Amari Cooper is another story, since being traded before week 9, Cooper leads the NFL in receiving yards with 649 yards, 40 receptions, and 6 touchdowns. Perhaps he will be trying to make the Colts look stupid for not offering up more, the Colts need to take him away to have success today.

Return of Ryan Kelly/ Mo Alie-Cox

The Colts add back a key member of their O-line by getting back Ryan Kelly, the Colts center missed a few weeks with a knee sprain, but his return means all 5 Colts lineman are healthy once again. The return of  Mo Alie-Cox may be just as important, as the massive tight end could be key to dicing up a defense that is led by Leighton Vander Esch and will also boast newly healthy Sean Lee. The Cowboys have given up 78 receptions to tight ends, so expect Ebron and Alie -Cox to have big days and be a key to a Colts victory.

Be on the lookout for these three things on Sunday, the Colts look to keep their playoff hopes alive and must beat a dangerous and talented Cowboys squad to do so.
