A.K.A. The One Where Bayley Blocked Alexa Bliss on Twitter
We knew things were bad between @itsBayleyWWE & @AlexaBliss_WWE, but we didn't know they were THAT bad! #SDLive pic.twitter.com/h5g6LAi19t

The New Day is back as a whole unit, bay-beeeeee. They’re scheduled for six-man tag team action tonight against Dolph Ziggler, Kevin Owens, and Sami Zayn. We’re less than two weeks away from Stomping Grounds, so expect the card to take more shape. Will Lars Sullivan continue to beat up people smaller than him? Probably. Let’s see what else is in store.
Results:
- Miz def. Elias
- Drew McIntyre def. Miz
- Shane McMahon def. Miz
- Heavy Machinery def. Yolo County Tag Team Champions
- Sonya Deville def. Carmella
- Bayley def. Nikki Cross
- New Day def. Dolph Ziggler, Kevin Owens, & Sami Zayn
Match of the Night: New Day def. Dolph Ziggler, Kevin Owens, & Sami Zayn via pinfall after Trouble in Paradise
A solid match between six talented guys. With him being out of action for two weeks, you almost forget how great of a hot tag Big E is. When he came in and cleared house, the crowd got very into the main event. This match was not outstanding by any means, but it kept the interest up for Kingston versus Ziggler.

Three Thoughts:
Drew In Waiting
We know that Drew McIntyre is going to be a star. The real question is when WWE will officially strap the rocket to him. His role as Shane McMahon’s muscle is one that he should really move on from because he’s much bigger than that. McIntyre did get a singles match against Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania, a big accomplishment. He’s got the look, the skills, and his mic performance is always good. Soon he’ll be a world champion, it’s just a matter of when.
Well, @mikethemiz got his match against @shanemcmahon after all… #SDLive @DMcIntyreWWE pic.twitter.com/bjO8EkC1zL

Women’s Division is Deep
The SmackDown Live women’s division is being presented in a more complete way than the Raw one. Raw seems to only focus on three women: Lacey Evans, Becky Lynch, and Alexa Bliss. SmackDown has been showing more character to the rest of their roster. Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose have continued their issues with Ember Moon and Carmella. The former is also given small opportunities to flesh out her character, and the latter is given airtime with R-Truth. This is all on top of featuring Alexa Bliss, Bayley, and Nikki Cross in the main event angle. The only thing missing is giving the Kabuki Warriors some time to shine.

New Day Has Still Got It
The New Day are back at full strength and are back being their entertaining selves. The best factions in history are able to play off one another on the mic. DX did it, Evolution did it, the Shield did it. New Day may do it better than anyone else. These are three guys who are clearly having fun together, and it is a nice change having a babyface world champion in a faction. Normally it’s baddies who have a group surrounding them. Instead, New Day act as the yin to that yang. They’re just a trip of friends who want Kingston to remain champion for as long as possible.

Grade: A-
This show was good from top to bottom. The main event was a solid match, there were plenty of character development segments, and some feuds that needed a boost were given them. The tag team division looks alive, even having Chad Gable look to be scouting Apollo Crews for a future partnership. Aside from the slow start of having Shane McMahon open the show, it was a great two hours.

One More Thing:
The Yolo County Tag Team Champions have been on SmackDown Live more recently than Asuka and Kairi Sane. That’s not great.
Those are some beautiful titles. 😍😍 #SDLive pic.twitter.com/LQTvKxHSaK
