Carlos Santana hoped to be just the fourth player in Home Run Derby history to win in his home ballpark.

The Cleveland Indians slugger hit 13 home runs in the first round of the 2019 Home Run Derby at Progressive Field. It was not enough to advance. Pete Alonso of the New York Mets eliminated the hometown fan favorite 14-13.
