Raw & SmackDown Live Segments Announced

WWE has announced some segments for both Raw and SmackDown this week. Roman Reigns will face off against Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon with a mystery partner. This will be six days before he teams with the Undertaker to take on the same duo.

Also on Raw, Rey Mysterio will make his return. He has been out of action since May 19 when he won the United States Championship from Samoa Joe. His shoulder injury would force him to relinquish the title back to Joe.

On SmackDown Live, Shinsuke Nakamura will battle Finn Balor in a non-title match. Nakamura seems primed to be the next challenger to Balor’s Intercontinental Championship.

Also on the show, Kevin Owens will face Dolph Ziggler. There will be a “tag team summit” between New Day, Heavy Machinery, and Daniel Bryan & Rowan. And finally, we will learn who knocked on Aleister Black’s door to answer his challenge.

Damien Sandow Returning to Wrestling

The “Intellectual Saviour of the Masses” is returning to a wrestling ring. Damien Sandow is announced for a match at Battle Arts PRO Academy on March 13th (h/t Fightful). Aron Stevens, the former Sandow, hasn’t wrestled since 2017 after a WWE main roster run from 2012-2016.

Stevens went on Twitter to announce his new gimmick as well. He will be returning as a “Millennial Slayer”. Stevens is a one-time WWE Tag Team Champion and a one-time Money in the Bank briefcase holder.
