Braun Strowman Re-signs With WWE
The “Monster Among Men” will be sticking around with WWE for the foreseeable future. Braun Strowman announced on Instagram that he signed with WWE for four years.
The former strongman debuted with WWE in 2015 as a member of the Wyatt Family. Since then he has been a Money in the Bank winner, and tag team champion. Strowman’s signing takes one more name off of the list of potential wrestlers AEW could lure away from WWE.
24/7 Title Match Planed for Comic Con
R-Truth is taking his talents to San Diego. According to PWInsider, (h/t WrestlingInc) a match for the 24/7 Championship will take place at San Diego Comic Con. His challenger is most likely to be Drake Maverick, his most common foe for the title. SDCC runs from Thursday to Sunday this weekend. WWE has multiple panels planned, including Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins appearing with their Major Wrestling Figures Podcast.

Harley Race Hospitalized
Hall of Famer Harley Race has been hospitalized (h/t CagesideSeats). The 76-year-old Race was diagnosed with lung cancer earlier this year. Race’s team posted on Instagram to announce Race has pulled out of his upcoming dates.
According to the post, Race exhibited some signs that required medical care. His team is raising money for medical expenses through selling t-shirts, available here. Best wishes to Race to get well soon.
