Way too early 53-man roster projection
It is here. It is finally here!
After another long offseason with no playoff run to evaluate, training camp opens today. While there has been significant improvement to the Redskins roster through what many pundits say was an ‘A’ draft, there are still holes to be filled and questions to be answered. We have already seen Reuben Foster go down with a season ending ACL tear during OTA’s and Derrius Guice having hamstring issues during his rehab. Even with the starting roster all but set, there are still about twenty roster spots that are not guaranteed locks. The Redskins have 4 preseason games in 5 weeks to see who will be on the 53-man roster.
Here are some hot takes and questions that our writers at FPC and fans are looking forward to seeing answered by August 31st.
Which RB is getting cut? I hate to ask this, but it will be our reality soon#HTTR
