Odell Beckham is worth the price of admission in Berea, Ohio at Cleveland Browns training camp. Tickets are free but even if they cost $100 per person, the chance to watch Beckham make highlight reel catches is worth it.

“I’m blessed. God gifted me with some gifts,” Beckham said. “If it is put in the right spot, to me nothing feels like a hard catch. The harder catches are the easiest ones to be honest with you. A lot of receivers would say the same. The easy catches, you really have to focus on. I’m just happy to be out there and playing football. This the game that I love.”
It didn’t take long for Beckham to make quite a first impression on Browns fans. He made a pair of outstanding catches on day one of training camp Thursday. Beckham is also making one handed catches in drills. He is making it obvious that he can catch any pass thrown his way.

“I expect myself to make all of those catches,” Beckham said. “I actually get upset that I juggled it and have to do all that and not catch it the first time. Bobbling it, not every time are you going to come down with it. Just make the catch the first time.”
“It is kind of a security blanket,” quarterback Baker Mayfield said. “The one throw on my left, it looked like he kind of double jumped – he had another jump in the air. We talked about it in the spring – he is just a special individual who can do things like that.”

Even with all the talent in the world, Beckham’s coach wants him to remember there is plenty to learn in his first season in the orange and brown.
“He looked good at times, but he has a long way to go, too,” head coach Freddie Kitchens said. “It was exciting to have him out there. What we are getting right now is just the foundation and laying the foundation for everything we are going to do, and that group of receivers is the same way.”
Now that doesn’t mean Kitchens isn’t impressed with the catches Beckham can make.

“I do not stay even keeled,” Kitchens said. “I get excited when I see plays like that, but I get excited from everybody when I see plays and them doing what they are supposed to do. It is a bunch of little things right now. It is just continuing to grow and this is just the starting point and everybody understands that and knows that.”
Beckham will make the Browns receivers one of the best in the league in 2019. If things go right, he could be the league’s leader in receptions and receiving yards in year one in Cleveland.
