With All-Pro Not Showing Up, Roster Move Made
It has been known throughout the offseason how unhappy All-Pro Left Tackle Trent Williams has been with the Redskins medical staff. The team has officially put him on the Reserved/Did Not Report List per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Redskins placed OT Trent Williams on the Reserve/Did Not Report list and signed OT Corey Robinson.

Head Coach Jay Gruden and President Bruce Allen had expected Williams to report to camp on time. However, via an interview that Santana Moss did on Team 980 earlier this week, Trent’s hold out is more than about football. There is hope that Williams will return to the team before the end of the preseason and be in the starting line-up Week 1. But, there is no way to tell what the final outcome might be. Redskins fans will need to prepare themselves that we have seen the last of Trent in the Burgundy and Gold.
