Two WWE Hall of Famers on SmackDown This Week
When SmackDown Live takes place in Memphis this week, it will have two legends on the show. Jerry “The King” Lawler confirmed on Twitter that he will be on the show. He will be hosting a King’s Court segment with fellow Hall of Famer Trish Stratus.

Stratus is potentially going to be wrestling in a WWE ring again soon. She is the rumored opponent for Charlotte at Summerslam in Toronto in August.
Two NXT Stars Possibly Out With Injuries
The NXT women’s division took a hit over the weekend with two members sustaining injuries. Karen Q suffered a broken leg in a tag team match, according to WrestlingInc. Karen was teaming with Bianca Belair against Rhea Ripley and Reina Gonzalez. She took to Twitter on Sunday morning to announce her injury.

Another possible injury was suffered by Rachael Elliering. The second-generation superstar hurt her knee in a match Saturday night, according to reports compiled by WrestlingInc. Ellering could not continue and her match was stopped. No confirmation on her injury has been made yet.

Why Finn Balor Missed Smackville
Finn Balor was scheduled to challenge Shinsuke Nakamura for the Intercontinental Championship Saturday at Smackville. Instead, Nakamura defended against Ali. Balor was pulled due to an illness, according to Fightful. WWE tweeted that Balor wasn’t medically cleared ahead of the show.
During the week, @FinnBalor suffered an undisclosed injury. @WWE Medical has unfortunately not cleared him for competition tonight at #SMACKVILLE. It is unknown who or if @ShinsukeN defends his title tonight. Stay tuned as we learn more.

Balor was suffering from a stomach flu. The superstar took to Twitter on Sunday to show his recovery.
