Tenille Dashwood Signs With Impact

One of the pillars of WWE’s Women’s Revolution is joining Impact. Tenille Dashwood, formerly known as Emma in WWE, has signed with Impact Wrestling. Impact announced the signing on social media and their website.

Dashwood will debut as the newest Impact Knockout in Mexico City on August 15th & 16th. Dashwood had her biggest success as Emma in WWE. She wrestled for WWE from 2012-2017, and appeared in Ring of Honor in 2018 & 2019.

Britt Baker Injury Update

After suffering a concussion last month, Britt Baker could be back soon for AEW. In the latest Being The Elite (h/t CagesideSeats), Baker gave an update on her condition:

“Thank you to everybody who’s been following up and giving all your support and concern, it means the world to me. You guys really are the best. I’m doing fantastic. I feel great. It was a rough couple weeks originally but now I feel good. I’ve been in great care with AEW doctors and trainers, following up with the appropriate specialists, and everything’s looking good. I’m hoping to get cleared any day now to get back into the ring, which takes us to All Out. Will I be booked? You’re gonna have to wait and see.”

Baker suffered the concussion at Fight For The Fallen. She was in a tag team match with Riho against Bea Priestley and Shoko Nakajima. You can watch the whole Being The Elite episode here:

Chris Van Vliet Signs With AEW

All Elite Wrestling has signed their backstage reporter. Chris Van Vliet announced on social media that he has signed with the new wrestling company.

Van Vliet has made appearances in AEW’s Road to All Out series. He has been interviewing wrestlers for a number of years. Recently he has been focusing more of his wrestling interviews on AEW stars. His Youtube channel features interviews with Jim Ross, The Young Bucks, Luchasaurus, and Jungle Boy. His latest AEW interview with Kip Sabian is below.
