Second AEW on TNT Match Announced

AEW continues to fill out the card of it’s first television show. Cody versus Sammy Guevera was the first match announced. Today, AEW announced a six-man tag. Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks will take on Chris Jericho and two mystery opponents.

Online speculation for Jericho’s partners was wide-spread on Wednesday. Possibilities range from the Lucha Bros to Private Party, or even a debuting tag team. AEW on TNT starts on October 2nd at 8 pm.

WWE Lifts Recent Ban

Wrestling will now continue through commercial breaks once again on WWE television. According to WrestlingInc and based on this week’s Raw, wrestling will continue through commercial breaks again. Three matches, including the Raw Tag Team Championship match, went through the commercial break.

WWE had been using two-out-of-three falls and elimination matches to break up the action. This is because other “legitimate sports” don’t have action during commercials. As of now, the change seems to have been reversed.

Updated PWG Battle of Los Angeles Participants

PWG continues to release the list of participants in this year’s Battle of Los Angeles. The 24-man tournament takes place from September 19-22. Eighteen of the participants have been announced. The list (h/t PWInsider) is:
