Two Potential Summerslam Matches
The Summerslam card continues to fill out. Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio (h/t Wrestlinginc) mentioned two matches that WWE is yet to announce. Dolph Ziggler will take on Goldberg, and Daniel Bryan will take on Roman Reigns.
Ziggler has a match already announced against The Miz. That match will reportedly be changed to be against the WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg. Ziggler has been calling out wrestling legends, specifically Goldberg, for the past few weeks. No word on if Goldberg will respond in-person to Ziggler to set up the match.
The Bryan-Reigns match was set up on SmackDown Live this week. Reigns had scaffolding fall on him when he was going to announce his Summerslam challenge. Rumors indicate that Bryan will be the one behind the attack, leading to the match.
