The Browns are Miller’s third NFL team. Miller was in camp with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was waived earlier this week. The Browns signed him after he cleared waivers.
It will be interesting to see how the Browns will use Miller. He converted to wide receiver from quarterback in his senior season at Ohio State to help improve his chances of making it in the NFL.

Cleveland could use him in a punt and kickoff return role. He is wearing number 12 and practiced with the Browns Wednesday morning in Berea.
Miller has appeared in 21 games with nine starts. He has 34 career receptions for 261 yards and two touchdowns. One of his two touchdowns came against the Browns in 2017.
Miller is a native of Springfield, Ohio, a suburb of Dayton. He played his high school football at one of top programs in the Dayton area, Huber Heights Wayne high school.
