RevPro Referee Retires Due To In-Ring Injury
British wrestling referee Aaren Wilde has been forced to retire due to injuries sustained in a non-planned attack during a RevPro show. Wilde was attacked after a match on August 30th by Sha Samuels and Josh Bodom. On Saturday, Wilde explained in a Twitter thread how he must retire due to injuries sustained:
Last weekend at RevPro I was attacked after the Royal Quest tag match. This was not part of the show, it was not planned.
I was grabbed and slammed to the mat by Sha and then something happened on the outside. I honesty don’t know what, that part was a blur.

In light of the attack, RevPro issued a statement. They also stripped Samuels and Bodom of the Undisputed British Tag Team Championships and “severed ties” with Bodom. The full statement is here:

New NWA Tag Team Champions Crowned
At Ring of Honor Global Wars on Saturday, new NWA Tag Team Champions were crowned. Royce Isaacs and Thomas Latimer (f.k.a. Bram) won the titles from PCO & Brody King (h/t WrestlingInc). The move makes sense with ROH and NWA severing their relationship in July.
