Sunday night is WWE Clash of Champions at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina and this event will have all title holders putting their belts on the line. We will also witness the crowning of a new King of the Ring tournament winner for the first time in four years.
Football season may be here and Sunday has 14 NFL games scheduled (here are some FREE football selections) but if you need a break from the gridiron jump over to the WWE Network and watch, what I believe, should be an outstanding PPV card. I can guarantee we will see titles switch hands and from an oddsmaker point-of-view I do see some plus money winners cashing at the betting window.
So let’s get going with the opening WWE Clash of Champions betting odds at MyBookie.ag with my final predictions. Keep in my mind my predictions are what the books will want to see happen and what could make further WWE pay-per-views more interesting in an oddsmakers point of view.
RAW Men’s Universal Championship
Seth Rollins -280
Braun Strowman +200
I’m so torn on this match because I really want Braun Strowman to become the Men’s Universal Champion but it won’t be in Charlotte, North Carolina. It wouldn’t shock me to see someone interfere in this match and that is why Seth retains but overall this match will be a good one. At the same time it wouldn’t shock me to see this match end in a ‘No Contest’ but no matter what happen Seth Rollins will show up a RAW the Men’s Universal Champion.
Prediction: Seth Rollins
Smackdown Championship
Kofi Kingston -200
Randy Orton +160
This is a rematch from SummerSlam and I’m hoping for a better match because at SummerSlam it was a complete bore. This feud has been entertaining and I would love to see Randy Orton win the belt (especially with the money line +160) but at the same time I don’t see Kingston dropping the belt. With the TV deal I see the WWE keeping Kingston as the Smackdown champ.
Prediction: Kofi Kingston
Smackdown United States Championship
AJ Styles -300
Cedric Alexander +200
This match has ‘match of the night’ written all over it. Money will pour in on AJ Styles but keep an eye out for Cedric Alexander. Alexander is going to be the next young superstar but I just don’t see the betting public betting him to steal the belt away from AJ Styles. Even with AJ winning this match and keeping the US Championship belt the loss won’t keep the momentum of Cedric Alexander.
Prediction: AJ Styles
RAW Women’s Championship
Becky Lynch -120
Sasha Banks -120
The RAW Women’s Championship was on life support with the absence of stars Ronda Rousey, Nia Jax, and Sasha Banks but Banks is back and ready to take away Becky Lynch’s belt. Small money is coming in on Becky Lynch but I believe all her hype is because of her dating status with Seth Rollins and her sticking around while everybody else was M.I.A. I’m calling it right now – the Boss takes this match and becomes the new Women’s Championship.

Ep 135: 49ers Move To 3-0, NFC South Buy or Sell, Week 3 Picks/Predictions
by Full Press Coverage on September 24, 2023 at 3:13 pm
Prediction: Sasha Banks
SmackDown Women’s Championship Match
Bayley -140
Charlotte Flair +100
I’m sorry but I like what Bayley has done on Smackdown and for a Bayley fan and wrestling oddsmaker I hope she walks away with her belt Sunday night. The betting public will be all over the ‘Queen’ in this match and some insiders believe it’s because of Smackdown moving to FOX in October. Again I really want Bayley to win but TV ratings and new network will dictate this outcome.
Prediction: Charlotte Flair
Smackdown Match
Roman Reigns -650
Erick Rowan +400
Why this even a match is beyond me. I’m pretty sure this could go down as one of the worst WWE storylines in history. Fortunately, the NFL is back so I will be watching the Eagles/Falcons game instead of this match. Oh yeah…..Roman Reigns wins big here!
Prediction: Roman Reigns
Intercontinental Championship
Shinsuke Nakamura -260
The Miz +220
I’m hoping the WWE is trying to reform the wrestling career of Shinsuke Nakamura and if they are, why would they have him drop the belt on Sunday? Some bettors jumped on the +220 on The Miz but at the end of the night I see Nakamura winning and I see him holding the Intercontinental Championship belt for a while.
Prediction: Shinsuke Nakamura
RAW Tag Team Championship
Seth Rollins & Braun Strowman +160
Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode -200
Do I really need tell the reader what is going to happen in the Tag Team Championship match? The champs will have some kind of miscommunication and Ziggler and Roode win the belts and the miscommunication feud carries over to the Universal Championship match. Grab the -200 on Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode because this number will climb higher by Sunday afternoon.
Prediction: Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode
SmackDown Tag Team Championship
The New Day -180
The Revival +140
Let’s face it the New Day do not need to be Tag Team Champs because they are still the New Day. Do I believe the Revival win this match? I hope so because bettors jumped on the New Day already but I see the New Day taking this match and this match should be outstanding story telling inside the ring.
Prediction: The New Day
Women’s Tag Team Championship
Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross -300
Fire & Desire +200
This match will be quick and probably boring and I don’t see the belts getting exchanged. Rose and Deville (Fire & Desire) are getting better in the ring and mic but I see Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross walking away still the Tag Team champs. The Women’s Tag Team belts were the talk of the town at WrestleMania but since Mania the Tag Team belts have been silent and pushed to the side. Again this match will be over quickly and the favorites win this match.
Prediction: Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross
