SmackDown Takeaways:
Bray Wyatt revealed a new Universal Championship on the show. Spoilers: it goes from red to blue. Even with just a small change, it looks impressive as an all-blue belt.
YOWIE WOWIE! "The Fiend" @WWEBrayWyatt sure is a magician! #SmackDown pic.twitter.com/Z0mDKMniYo

The next Universal Championship match has been set: Bray Wyatt versus Daniel Bryan. Bryan delivered a masterful performance on the mic, fully straddling the line between face and heel. He talked about being mentally unstable, not being a puppet, and turning his back on the Yes Movement. Eventually he challenged Wyatt, giving us our Universal Championship match for Survivor Series.
Bryan also continues to be on the fence about a partnership with Shinsuke Nakamura and Sami Zayn
.@SamiZayn just wants to know… Is @WWEDanielBryan with them?! #SmackDown pic.twitter.com/TRLBkGhBNG

What a way to get heat for the Survivor Series tag champions triple threat: have the Undisputed Era ruin a great tag team title match. The Revival are livid after UE interfered. Let us create a prayer circle in hopes that down the road we get Undisputed Era versus The Revival.

Drew Gulak continues to have issues with Braun Strowman, because he apparently has a death wish. It’s a fun way to introduce the PowerPoint gimmick to a bigger audience.
That was a good try, @DrewGulak, but you can't hold @BraunStrowman down… #SmackDown pic.twitter.com/e97kbupXUS

Check out this smooth move by Garza, the sneaky devil:

Earlier in the day on Twitter, 205 Live’s Brian Kendrick tweeted that he is taking an indefinite leave from the ring. The way it is written makes it feel like it is somewhat in kayfabe. Still, Kendrick could be frustrated with his current usage and decided to take some time away from the ring.
It’s been 3 years since my last #Cruiserweight Title opportunity. Since then, it has become evident that nobody on @WWE205Live understands nor respects the road that I paved for them. Therefore I am taking an indefinite leave of absence from the ring. @WWE #205live pic.twitter.com/MJftDpQl1F
