NXT Tops AEW In Ratings, Loses 18-49 Demo
For the first time since Dynamite’s debut, NXT beat AEW in the ratings. Both shows were strong, with NXT at 916,000 and Dynamite at 893,000 (h/t CagesideSeats). The win for NXT does come with an odd caveat: they managed to lose the 18-49 year old demographic. AEW scored a 0.39 in that demo, while NXT hit a 0.30 in the same demo. NXT won by dominating the over-50 demographic, 0.50 to 0.29.

Grizzled Young Veterans also cut a solid promo on the show demanding a NXT UK Tag Title shot at TakeOver: Blackpool II. No word yet on if they’ll get it or not, but they sure would have a heck of a match with Gallus.
