Four Wrestlers Released By WWE
In a move uncharacteristic by WWE, four wrestlers were released on Sunday. Luke Harper, Sin Cara, and both Konnor and Viktor of The Ascension were released. The full WWE press release is here.
Harper and Sin Cara had publicly asked for their releases in the past months. Some of the talents and their former WWE co-workers took to Twitter to comment on the releases:

WWE UK Championship Stolen
Chris Jericho has company in the stolen belt club. Over the weekend, WALTER’s WWE United Kingdom Championship was stolen from his rental car in Chicago (h/t PWInsider). WALTER was in Chicago for Evolve 142, and had the title and his passport stolen from his car. Timothy Thatcher also had ihs car broken into. No developments on the whereabouts of the title, but we know for sure that it isn’t in a steakhouse somewhere.
NJPW World Tag League Finals Results: WrestleKingdom Build
New Japan had the finals of their World Tag League round robin tournament on Sunday. Heading into the finals, David Finlay & Juice Robinson versus EVIL & SANADA of Los Ingobernables de Japon would decide the winner of the tournament. The night also had surprise returns. Full match results:

- FinJuice (David Finlay & Juice Robinson) over Los Ingobernables de Japon (EVIL & SANADA) to win the NJPW World Tag League 2019.
The show also had the return of “The Painmaker” Chris Jericho. He returned in a video to challenge Hiroshi Tanahashi for Wrestle Kingdom.
Jon Moxley returned in person, beating down Lance Archer and Suzuki after their tag team win. Moxley wants the IWGP United States Championship back, and challenged Archer to a Texas Death Match at Wrestle Kingdom for it.

Dragon Lee also appeared on the screen, announcing a name change. He is now Ryu Lee, and it’s been announced he will tag with Hiromu Takahashi to face Jushin Thunder Liger & Naoki Sano in Liger’s final match at Wrestle Kingdom.
