As always, here is your weekly add and drop article from the Full Press Coverage team. Heading into Week 16, this may be your championship. This is what you have been playing towards all year and this may be the final time you surf your waiver wire for a last-second addition. For one of the last times of the year, I am here to help you win your league. Here is Add / Drop Week 16.
Top 8 Additions
1 – RB Mike Boone – Vikings
13 rushes, 56 rushing yards, 2 touchdown
With Dalvin Cook and Alexander Mattison both battling injuries, Mike Boone is in a prime position to be the lead back in Week 16, and likely Week 17, considering the fact that the Vikings will most likely be a playoff team.
2 – WR Breshad Perriman – Buccaneers
5 receptions, 113 receiving yards, 3 touchdown
One of just a few names I accurately predicted last week, Breshad Perriman exploded for a career day. With Chris Godwin and Mike Evans both down with injuries, Perriman will only see an increase of shares in the Tampa Bay offense and should be on most championship rosters.
3 – WR Anthony Miller – Bears
9 receptions, 118 receiving yards, 1 touchdown, 15 targets
4 – TE Tyler Higbee – Rams
12 receptions, 111 receiving yards, 13 targets
5 – QB Ryan Fitzpatrick – Dolphins
23/41, 279 passing yards, 2 touchdowns
6 – QB Dwayne Haskins – Washington
19/28, 261 passing yards, 2 touchdowns
This is for all of you playing the waiver wire for the quarterback position. In week 16, Ryan Fitzpatrick will get to play the Bengals and Dwayne Haskins gets to play the Giants. If both are available, don’t hesitate to pick up Fitzpatrick. However, if Fitzpatrick is not available, Haskins is a good and under the radar option. As a Washington fan, I have been very critical of Haskins, but have seen a lot of improvement from the rookie. He has been getting better every game and has another fairly favorable matchup against the Giants secondary. If you are trying to win your league and have nobody else to start, Haskins may be your guy.
7 – RB Kerryon Johnson – Lions
Could Return in Week 16 or 17
8 – WR Chris Conley – Jaguars
4 receptions, 49 receiving yards, 2 touchdowns
Top 5 Drops
1 – RB Patrick Laird – Dolphins
12 rushes, 46 rushing yards
2 – RB Bo Scarborough – Lions
Inactive in Week 15
