Apparently, the Packers are adding to their areal arsenal in the form of Devin Funchess.
The #Packers are expected to sign WR Devin Funchess, per sources. A big body on the perimeter for Aaron Rodgers.

According to Tom Pelissero, the Green Bay Packers are expected to sign Funchess. The free-agent wide receiver lands with Aaron Rodgers as his quarterback.
After playing out his rookie contract with the Panthers, Funchess joined the Colts last season. Unfortunately, he only played one game as an injury wiped out his 2019. The timing could not have been worse for the former top 50 pick in the 2015 NFL Draft.

The details of the deal have not yet been released. However, this late in the free agency period, it is unlikely that the Packers will be investing heavily in any player. Let alone a player with a 52% career catch rate.
The most likely impact that Funchess could make on Green Bay’s roster is as a jump-ball red-zone weapon. His 21 career touchdowns may be the most intriguing aspect of his game. Funchess has never caught more than 63 passes in an NFL season. It may be unlikely that he sees even that many targets in the Packers offense next year.
