The Wrestling Roundup is here to bring you all the news and rumors you need to know in one place.
WWE Raw Recap
It was the Raw go-home show for Wrestlemania, and even in these strange times it offered some memorable moments. Here are the results from the last Raw before Wrestlemania:
- Aleister Black def. Jason Cade
- Kevin Owens & Street Profits def. Seth Rollins, Angel Garza & Austin Theory
- Asuka def. Kayden Carter
This show was buoyed by three memorable promos for major Wrestlemania matches. The first was from The Undertaker. In what was the best promo he’s cut in years, Undertaker went after A.J. Styles for disrespecting Michelle McCool. This promo managed to get me excited for the very strange Boneyard match. It is a weird feeling to be this excited for an Undertaker match, given his recent work. Undertaker worked his magic and now I want to see him make Styles famous.
In the middle of the show, Edge cut an impassioned promo on Randy Orton. Edge talked about being a junkie for the wrestling business, and talked about Orton resting on his family name. Grit was the theme of Edge’s promo, and he sold his climb back to the ring from his neck injury. These two are going to tear the house down during Wrestlemania weekend.
To close the show, Paul Heyman reminded us all why he is one of the best in the business. Brock Lesnar may end up ruling for eternity.

On this episode, Austin Theory replaced an injured Andrade in six-man tag action. That lead to WWE announcing that Andrade had been pulled from the Raw Tag Team Championship match at Wrestlemania. Instead, it will be Theory & Angel Garza challenging the Street Profits.

Becky Lynch stayed in the ring to watch the entirety of her Wrestlemania win from last year. As a reward, she was choked out by Shayna Baszler ahead of their match this weekend.

Matches include Roman Reigns vs The Rock, Trish Stratus vs Sasha Banks, and Big E vs Goldberg.
