Walker was featured primarily as an inside linebacker at Fresno State and showed his upside by his ability to rush the passer. He will be able to come in and be a replaceable piece for De’Vondre Campbell.
Dan Quinn likes speed and that is what he is getting in Walker. A player who keeps the play in front of him and is a sound tackler. He has the size, speed, and agility to be an impact player for the 2020 Atlanta Falcons. Walker will be given the opportunity to make a difference on day one.
The Falcons have addressed the defense heavily so far by adding cornerback, defensive tackle, and now linebacker.
