WWE Raw Results

Raw was live once again from the WWE Thunderdome at the Amway Center in Orlando last night. The night saw a big return as Drew McIntyre came back and Claymored challenger Randy Orton. It also saw a big turn, as Cedric Alexander turned heel on his tag partners and became the newest member of the Hurt Business. What else happened on Raw? Here are the results:

  • Hurt Business def. Cedric Alexander, Ricochet & Apollo Crews
  • Street Profits def. Andrade & Angel Garza
  • Peyton Royce def. Billie Kay
  • Asuka & Mickie James def. Lana & Natalya
  • Hurt Business def. Viking Raiders, Ricochet & Apollo Crews
  • Randy Orton def. Keith Lee by disqualification
  • Riott Squad def. Shayna Baszler
  • Nia Jax vs Riott Squad goes to a no contest
  • Dominik Mysterio def. Buddy Murphy in a Street Fight

Retribution actually spoke! It’s exactly what we thought they’d be about – they’ve been overlooked for too long. This angle seemingly started with no real end goal, which is part for the course for WWE. I don’t think they know how it will end, but it’s exciting that they actually talk now.

Matt Hardy Released From Hospital

At All Out, Matt Hardy took a nasty bump off of a lift onto a table & concrete floor and suffered what many thought was a concussion. In the aftermath, his wife Reby Hardy was not happy on Twitter. On Monday, AEW CEO Tony Khan gave an update to Matt’s status. While it’s glad to see that he’s okay, it is still fair to be critical of how AEW handled the situation by having Matt finish the match.
