Offseason Defensive Additional Forced to Sit Week 1
The official inactive list for today’s Washington Football Team game against the Philadelphia Eagles is not expected until 11:30 am, but one name has already been confirmed.
ESPN’s John Keim has confirmed that starting cornerback Kendall Fuller will be inactive.
Kendall Fuller will be inactive today per source. Was listed as doubtful with a knee injury.

Fuller, as noted above, had been dealing with a knee injury the past couple of weeks.
What this means for the defense is Fabian Moreau will likely slide in opposite of Ronald Darby on the outside with Jimmy Moreland in the slot against wide receiver Greg Ward.
Fabian Moreau showed some progression last season once he was moved from the slot to the outside. A position that he seems to be more comfortable with. Whether Darby and Moreau shadow a specific receiver or stay on one side of the field is still to be seen.
This could put more pressure on the front seven to get home forcing Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz to make quicker decisions and bad throws from his back foot.
