The Main Event: Bad Blood
In the past two weeks, the feud between the Inner Circle and the Young Bucks has gotten increasingly personal. The Inner Circle beat down on Poppa Buck last week, and that was a question at their Q&A this week. Before then, they also got a question from Conrad Thompson about allowing Sammy Guevara back into the Inner Circle.
.@HeyHeyItsConrad didn’t stand a chance.

After some more questions, including one from Eric Bischoff, the Young Bucks interrupted and got revenge. Both MJF & Chris Jericho went through tables as the Bucks got help from Gallows & Anderson.

This feud had one of the shortest builds, but got intense and personal very quickly. It has quickly become one of the most heated feuds for Revolution.
The Undercard:
Shaquille O’Neal & Jade Cargill debuted in the opening match of the night. In terms of celebrity matches, this was below Pat McAfee but above many others. Shaq even took a giant bump, crashing through a table on the outside. He and Cargill picked up the win when Cargill hit a Glam Slam on Red Velvet. I’m excited to see what Velvet and Cargill can add to the Women’s division going forward.
.@SHAQ goes through the table!

The finals of the Women’s Tournament had a surprising winner. Nyla Rose had looked unstoppable through the bracket, but it was Ryo Mizunami from the Japan side that won their contest. Mizunami has won and will face Hikaru Shida at Revolution. The two got right to it tonight, trading strikes after meeting in the middle of the ring.
It’s official! This Sunday, March 7th at #AEWRevolution it’s the champion @shidahikaru taking on the challenger @mizunami0324.

Tully Blanchard stepped back into the ring tonight to team with FTR. They even had J.J. Dillon with them to manage them. The trio managed to put away Jurassic Express with the assistance of a masked crew member. That masked member: Shawn Spears. Spears has been absent for a while, and now his direction gets very interesting. Arn Anderson came out to view what was happening; could Cody be joining them to get them to Four Horsemen?

Days before making his return to in-ring action, Sting got physical in the ring. He took out Ricky Starks before Brian Cage and Darby Allin also got involved. The WCW legend seems to be ready to go for their street fight, but here’s hoping he remains safe.
.@Sting silenced @starkmanjones real quick!

Grade: A
One of the big draws of AEW is the depth of the roster and the storylines present throughout. This show was a prime example. We had no real build to the AEW Championship, and yet the show was not lacking. The tag title scene got heated, the women’s title has a match for the pay-per-view, and the whole card was rounded out. Plus we saw Shaq go through a table. Can you ask for more than that?
