Goal-Line Guide Week 10
Last week, some of the teams I featured in my Goal-Line Guide failed to produce of the lofty standards I set. This also shows the difficulty in predicting TD production in the NFL. In Week 10, I’m right back at it. For more information on my methodology, please feel free to check out older versions of the Goal-Line Guide.
As for now. Here are the full Goal-Line Grades for Week 10.

Air Chiefs
Kansas City Chiefs Passing Goal-Line Grade: 106.25

No need to panic. Yes, the Chiefs offense has not been its usual self of late. However, nothing cures offensive woes like facing the Raiders. Las Vegas is tied for the highest TD passing rate allowed on plays from inside their own 5-yard line. Compare that to a TD on only 30% of the rushing plays rn against the Raiders. So if the Chiefs can get close and find the end zone, it will likely be through the air.
Of course, the usual suspects are must-plays in the form of Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce, and Patrick Mahomes. However, perhaps surprisingly, Mecole Hardman is second on the team in red-zone targets (only 2 behind Hill’s 11). If you were to play Hardman any game, it seems like Week 10 is the best place.

Pittsburgh Passing
Pittsburgh Steelers Passing Goal-Line Grade: 88.75
It’s not quite as bad as the Raiders, but the Lions have surrendered a TD on 75% of the passes thrown against them inside their own 5-yard line. Not so surprising for the only winless team in the NFL. What may be a surprise are the biggest red-zone targets for the Steelers. No, it’s not Diontae Johnson or Chase Claypool. In fact, Pittsburgh’s leader in red-zone targets is actually rookie RB Najee Harris. And if you go in closer, it is another rookie paced the Steelers in targets from inside the 10-yard line. Pat Freiermuth not only leads in targets from that are, but his 4 red-zone touchdowns also lead the team. No other Pittsburgh player has more than 1. All for players are certainly playable in Week 10. May I dare say their QB as well?
Rams Running
Los Angeles Rams Rushing Goal-Line Grade: 83.5
Now we get to the two best teams in terms of Goal-Line Rushing grade for Week 10. Both the Rams and the Eagles are tied with a score of 83.5. Starting with the Rams side, Darrell Henderson is the name to watch. He has 9 of the team’s 12 rushing attempts from inside the 5-yard line. In season-long formats, Henderson is likely in the must-start range anyway. Where you can apply this info is by putting Henderson in some DFS lineups.

Eagles Ground Game
Philadelphia Eagles Rushing Goal-Line Grade: 83.5
As for the Eagles, one of the biggest reasons for such a high Goal_Line Grade running the football is their opponent. The Broncos have allowed a TD on 75% of the rushing plays ran against them. That is the highest rate surrendered by any team playing in Week 10. This one maybe a little more complex than the Rams. It is actually the QB Jalen Hurts that leads the team in caries from inside the 5-yard line. Next on the list are Boston Scott and Jordan Howard. All 3 players have 3 rushing touchdowns inside the 5, so it is anyone’s guess as to who will most likely find the end zone.
Red-Zone data is curtsey of 4for4.
