I happened to hire cleaning services but for me, it wasn't worth it. Pretty expensive, with no control, and no reliability. Not my option.

It all depends on what kind of room you are looking for cleaners. For example, even small cleaning services are suitable for cleaning an apartment or house. But if we talk about commercial premises, large offices, especially if there are panoramic windows, then this is a completely different scale of work. You're right. You should not go to the first company you find, as not all such services do quality work. Therefore, it is necessary to read reviews on such companies. If you want, you can read about house cleaning in Shoreline. My neighbor was recommended this service and he was satisfied with the quality of work.
