AEW Women’s Casino Battle Royale for All Out

At All Elite Wrestling’s All Out event, another Casino Battle Royale will be on the card. This time it will be a women’s match. The winner of the match will be one of the women competing for the AEW Women’s Championship when it debuts. Some new names were introduced for the women’s division on Road to All Out Episode 4.

Former WWE & ECW star Jazz will be joining the match. Ivelisse from Lucha Underground and Teal Piper, daughter of Roddy Piper, will be in the match. The Casino Battle Royale will take place on the All Out Buy-In Pre-show. All Out airs August 31st from Chicago, Illinois.

Bobby Lashley Injury Update

WWE star Bobby Lashley has been out recently due to an elbow injury, according to ProWrestlingSheet. Lashley has had surgery on his elbow to remove bone spurs. Having last wrestled in mid-July, Lashley is expected to return sometime around November 2019.

Summerslam in Boston in 2020

According to WWE and the Boston Globe, Summerslam Weekend is shipping up to Boston next year. It will be the first Summerslam in Boston since 2006, when Edge defeated John Cena for the WWE Championship. The full weekend will include:

  • Friday, Aug. 21 – SmackDown LIVE
  • Saturday, Aug. 22 – NXT TakeOver
  • Sunday, Aug. 23 – SummerSlam
  •  Monday, Aug. 24 – Monday Night Raw

After having Los Angeles as it’s home from 2009-2014, and Brooklyn from 2015-2018, Boston will be the second straight different city for Summerslam weekend.
