WWE Press Conference Announced For Friday
A big press conference is coming on Friday from WWE. WWE announced the press conference on Wednesday afternoon (h/t WrestlingInc) and it includes many top stars. Brock Lesnar, Tyson Fury, Cain Velasquez, Braun Strowman and others are announced for the press conference. It is expected that two matches will be made official for WWE’s next Saudi Arabia show on October 31st. Those matches will be Lesnar-Velasquez for the WWE Championship, and Fury-Strowman.

Two AEW #1 Contenders Named
All Elite Wrestling’s second episode of Dynamite was full of developments. Some of the biggest included new number one contenders being named for both the AEW Championship and the AEW Women’s Championship. Darby Allin will challenge Chris Jericho for the AEW Championship next week. He earned the right by defeating Jimmy Havoc on this week’s show.

Also announced for next week is AEW Women’s Champion Riho’s first title defense. She’ll defend the title against Dr. Britt Baker, who Riho teamed with in a win this week. It will be Riho’s first title defense.
NXT Notes: Title Change, Second Title Match Announced
On the other side of the Wednesday Night War, NXT had an eventful night as well. The first match of the night saw a new Cruiserweight Champion crowned. Lio Rush defeated Drew Gulak with a Frog Splash to win the title for the first time. Rush has only recently returned to NXT after a long absence from the ring.
Another title match has been announced for two weeks time. The issues between Roderick Strong and Velveteen Dream will continue when Dream challenges for Strong’s North American Title. Strong took the title from Dream on the first episode of NXT on USA.
