The Indianapolis Colts will be without Keenan Allen for Sunday’s Week 4 game against the Washington Commanders in London.
Indianapolis downgraded Allen to out Saturday because of a groin injury. The veteran wide receiver had been listed as questionable Friday.

Keenan Allen ruled out for London matchup
The updated designation removes Allen from consideration for the October 4 matchup at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. It also changes the outlook from Friday, when head coach Shane Steichen initially said Indianapolis had not ruled out any players.
Fellow receiver Ashton Dulin was also listed as questionable Friday with an ankle injury after missing the previous two games. His availability is another situation to monitor as the Colts finalize their offensive personnel.
What Allen’s absence means for Indianapolis
Losing Allen gives Indianapolis one fewer veteran option in the passing game. The immediate question is how the Colts redistribute his routes and targets, particularly if Dulin remains limited or unavailable.
Saturday’s update confirms Allen’s status for the Washington game, but it does not establish a return date. Any outlook beyond Week 4 will depend on further updates from the team.
