Week 7 Sunday is underway, and several major NFL names have already been ruled out while others remain true game-time decisions.
This tracker will be updated as official inactive lists are released 90 minutes before kickoff. For now, the biggest confirmed absences include Lamar Jackson and Breece Hall, while Puka Nacua and Patrick Surtain II remain among the most important questionable players to monitor.

Lamar Jackson Ruled Out for Third Straight Game
Baltimore officially ruled Jackson out Saturday, meaning Tyler Huntley will make his third consecutive start.
Jackson returned to practice during the week and had initially been listed as questionable, but he said he was still feeling pain when running. The Ravens ultimately decided he was not ready to return.
Baltimore faces Cincinnati in a major AFC North matchup.
Breece Hall Is Out vs. Dolphins
The Jets will be without Hall because of a quadriceps injury.
New York’s final injury report lists Hall as out after he failed to practice all three days this week.
Adonai Mitchell, Joseph Ossai and Dylan Parham are also out for the Jets.
Hall’s absence is one of the most important fantasy and DFS developments of the morning because it changes how New York is expected to distribute its backfield touches against Miami.

Puka Nacua Remains Questionable
Nacua is one of Sunday’s biggest true game-time decisions.
The Rams listed Nacua as questionable with a calf injury after he left Thursday’s practice early and did not participate Friday.
Sean McVay characterized the issue as minor, but Los Angeles still needs to see how Nacua responds before the Rams face Las Vegas.
With the Rams already dealing with significant receiver injuries, Nacua’s status is especially important.
Patrick Surtain II Could Return for Denver
Surtain is officially questionable against Arizona after returning to practice this week.
Denver’s final injury report lists Surtain as questionable after three consecutive limited practices.
He has not played since suffering an ankle injury in Week 4.
The Broncos have already ruled out Talanoa Hufanga, Tyler Badie and Jonah Elliss.
49ers Missing Six Players Against Atlanta
San Francisco enters its matchup with Atlanta at 6-0 but will again be without several significant contributors.
The 49ers ruled out six players Friday: Mike Evans, Deebo Samuel Sr., Nick Bosa, Luke Gifford, Garret Wallow and Marques Sigle.
Christian Kirk, Siran Neal and Upton Stout are questionable.
The 49ers have continued winning despite a growing injury list, but Sunday’s game will again test their depth.

Paris Game Official Inactives
NFL.com’s official Week 7 inactives tracker has already posted the inactive lists for the Steelers-Saints game in Paris.
Pittsburgh’s inactive list includes Ben Skowronek and Brandin Echols. New Orleans’ inactive list includes Cesar Ruiz, Nathan Shepherd and several defensive contributors.
When Are NFL Inactives Announced?
Official game-day inactive lists are released approximately 90 minutes before kickoff.
That means the 1 p.m. ET games will provide another major wave of updates late Sunday morning, followed by the late-afternoon and prime-time windows.
For fantasy football, DFS and betting decisions, the final inactive list — not merely a questionable designation — is the key confirmation.
Last updated: Sunday morning, October 25.
