For me, tarot cards are about psychology. I also consider specialists like tarotologists, astrologers, psychics to be psychologists to some extent, they just use slightly different tools and methods in working with people. But it is also a combination of knowledge, magic, some skills, intuition and everything else that gives them an idea about you, about your actions.

Yes, but at the same time, a psychologist has special education, and it is a big, time-consuming job. This is a lot of practice, a lot of experience, real quality knowledge, and scientifically confirmed. In the case of tarot cards and psychics, all this is not even close. This is what gives rise to my doubts about how effective it is at all.

Oh, right now you are really devaluing the work of tarotologists and psychics. Well, yes, there are a lot of mediocre specialists who really don't know anything, and their main goal is to make money. That's why the prices for their services are so high. But in the case of psychologists, and in general all doctors, teachers and other professions, it happens.

I have no consensus on whether tarotologists and psychics, fortune-tellers can be considered real specialists, or whether it is something invented, non-existent, as well as their services. But one thing I know for sure is that tarot cards work and readings like card of the day, which can be done even online, without the help of a specialist, on platforms like https://tarotreadingfree.com/reading/card-of-the-day , also work. And I'm not sure it can be considered self-inflicted. Sometimes I do tarot readings in the evening and the cards fully describe the events of the past day.
