The last time the Jaguars and the Steelers met was during the regular season where Ben Roethlisberger threw five interceptions and the Jaguars were able to steal the game. Tomorrow, both teams meet again and one will advance to the AFC championship game. Will Sacksonville be able to take down The Iron Curtain?

Battles of The Duo’s

Speaking of Sacksonville, we have to bring up the ring leaders of the show. The incredible duo of Jalen Ramsey and A.J. Bouye. These two together have the best cornerback coverage in the NFL and have only allowed a combined total of 40.2 passer rating. Ramsey had 61 tackles in the regular season and caught four interceptions. One of four of those being a pass from Big Ben himself. Can he shut down the offense and do it all again?

The Jaguars aren’t the only ones with a dynamic duo. The Steelers have two men on their hands as well that could be a major threat to the Jaguars defense. Antonio Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster currently have 2,450 combined yards. This is the most combined yards in the NFL for this season. Brown and Smith-Schuster did not score any touchdowns last time they played but I know these two players will be giving it their all in tomorrow’s game. It will bring a challenge to Jacksonville’s defense, but will it be one they can’t handle?

Dorothy, you’re not in Kansas anymore

Leonard Fournette was a huge part in the Jaguars win during regular season. He had 28 carries with 181 yards leading him to score three touchdowns against the Steelers defense. Fournette had a fantastic game, but keep in mind they did play in Jacksonville. Fournette has admitted to not liking cold weather and tomorrow’s forecast in Pittsburgh is calling for a high of 19 degrees. Will the star rookie running back be able to perform in such cold weather, or will it alter his game play too much? Just remember Fournette, you’re not in Jacksonville anymore.

Final Thoughts

Sacksonville takes on the Iron Curtain one last time this season. Both teams look to advance to the AFC championship which will makes this battle a tough one for each side. There’s a million questions you could ask yourself about the game. Will The Iron Curtain fall? Will Sacksonville continue the road to Minnesota? Can Fournette handle the Cold? We will find out tomorrow.

Prediction: Jaguars 21 , Steelers 20
