Four more teams have this week off, including the two clubs that played in Frankfurt, Germany, last Sunday. Opposed to Week 10 in which three of the four teams were divisional frontrunners, none of the four teams sitting out Week 11 are above .500.
Off: Atlanta, Indianapolis, New England, New Orleans
Thursday, Nov. 16
Cincinnati (5-4) at Baltimore (7-3): Back in Week 2 at Cincinnati, the Ravens came away with a 27-24 victory. The Bengals’ defense was burned for 544 yards in last week’s home loss to Houston. That included 188 yards on the ground. Zac Taylor’s club owns a 1-4 conference record, including 0-2 within the division.
Sunday, Nov. 19
Dallas (6-3) at Carolina (1-8): A team that ranks second in the NFL in points per game takes on a Panthers’ club that has allowed the third-most points per contest. Frank Reich’s club has been limited to a total of 41 points in their last three games. Dallas has reached the 40-point mark in three of their nine outings.
Pittsburgh (6-3) at Cleveland (6-3): The Browns will be without starting quarterback Deshaun Watson for the rest of 2023. Rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson makes his second NFL start, but the key here is a Cleveland ground attack averaging 147.9 yards per game, topped only by the Ravens (154.9) at this time.
Chicago (3-7) at Detroit (7-2): These two franchises have met at least once every season since 1930. A year ago, the Lions swept the two-game set for the first time since 2017. This is the first of five divisional games in nine weeks for Dan Campbell’s club. Chicago has lost 11 straight games vs. NFC North rivals.
L.A. Chargers (4-5) at Green Bay (3-6): The Bolts make their first trip to Lambeau Field since 2015, hoping not to lose two games in a row for the third time this year. Justin Herbert puts up big numbers, while Brandon Staley’s team owns the NFL’s 31st-ranked defense. Green Bay is 0-3 vs. AFC teams this season.
Arizona (2-8) at Houston (5-4): Kyler Murray returned to action last week and rallied the Cardinals to a win. A year ago, the Texans won only three times and didn’t score 30 points in a game until their season finale. DeMeco Ryans’s club has reached the 30-point mark in four of its last seven outings this year.
Tennessee (3-6) at Jacksonville (6-3): The defending AFC South champions have struggled in their own building this season. Mike Vrabel’s club has dropped eight straight contests on the road, including all five in 2022. The Jaguars have given up the ball 17 times, committing two-plus turnovers in six of nine games.
Las Vegas (5-5) at Miami (6-3): The Raiders won their season opener and have dropped four straight road games since. Mike McDaniel’s club is back after a week off and just like the first two times they lost this season they rebounded with a victory. Tyreek Hill has scored at least one TD in seven of Miami’s games.

N.Y. Giants (2-8) at Washington (4-6): The Commanders are one of the two teams that Brian Daboll’s club has defeated this season, but that is hardly news. The Giants are 2-0-1 vs. Washington under their current head coach. Surprisingly, Ron Rivera’s team is allowing the second-most points per game (27.4) in the NFL.
Tampa Bay (4-5) at San Francisco (6-3): The Buccaneers snapped a four-game losing streak last week with a home victory over the Titans. Which version of the 49ers will show up on Sunday? The team has scored 30 or more points in each of its six wins, while being limited to exactly 17 points in all three losses.
N.Y. Jets (4-5) at Buffalo (5-5): In the season’s first Monday night game, the Jets lost Aaron Rodgers but got four Josh Allen turnovers and a punt return TD in overtime to stun the reigning AFC East champs. Both of these teams have dropped two in a row. The Jets have been limited to six field goals in those losses.
Seattle (6-3) at L.A. Rams (3-6): Back on the opening Sunday of the season, the Rams stunned Pete Carroll’s club at Seattle. The Seahawks have rebounded to win six of their last eight games, while Sean McVay’s club is currently in the midst of a three-game skid. The Rams get Matthew Stafford back.

Minnesota (6-4) at Denver (4-5): Both clubs got off to 0-3 starts this season. Kevin O’Connell’s club owns the league’s longest-current winning streak with five straight victories. Last-place Denver has won three consecutive games, the longest active stretch in the AFC. The Vikings are 0-2 vs. AFC teams this season.
