Per NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Baltimore Ravens have signed former Washington Redskins wide receiver Ryan Grant to a four-year deal worth 29 million dollars.

Grant is only 27 and is coming off the best year of his career in which he 45 passes for 573 yards and four touchdowns. Grants overall career stats look as shown below.

As you can see his numbers are not tremendous and with that being said I do think he is overpaid at around seven million per year with a signing bonus of 10 million.
I mean he has one good year and he becomes the highest paid receiver on the Ravens roster! Grant has always been injury prone as he has played four years in the NFL but has only started in 15 games!
Optimistically I want it to work out, but realistically I just don’t see him meeting that salary in terms of production.
