It is that wonderful time of the year again, where families and friends join together to give gifts and have a great time. The Baltimore Ravens are no exception to the giving spirit.
As many of the players and team staff have met with many families from different organizations to spread the joys of the holidays for those less fortunate than them.
Gift Giving To Deserving Families
Recently Ravens safety Anthony Levine recently visited Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital to give to kids who are too sick to spend the holidays outside of the hospital.
Levine gave away gifts to the children and their families. Some of the gifts were donated to Levine courtesy of guests at Joe Flacco, Justin Tucker, and other teammates holiday party which was held a week ago.
Coach Harbaugh and the @Ravens invited this week’s #SeatsForService family to Thursday’s practice. We are so grateful for the support of @RavensCommunity and the special time that players like Ryan Jensen and Eric Weddle spent with this @TAPSorg family! @sinjen66 @weddlesbeard pic.twitter.com/BXSPlqoXcY

Holiday Parties and Toys For Tots Gala
Numerous Ravens players hosted holiday parties, including Defensive End Brandon Williams who hosted a festive party for children in the Baltimore area providing them with a dinner, gifts, and fun crafts.
Lardarius Webb also held a party for the boys and girls club of Baltimore. Webb gave each child a donated present while also treating each of them to dinner.
Anthony Levine and Tony Jefferson teamed up to help donate gifts for the 10th annual Toys For Tots drive in Maryland. These gifts were then given to kids in need. Countless presents were donated and some are sure to put a smile on a child’s face who is going through a rough time.
Truly it is great to see athletes taking time out of their day to help families in need and give us a glimpse into their true character. Make sure to have a great time no matter what holiday you celebrate and spread the giving spirit!
